Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 9am – 6pm (40 hours per week)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Pre-School Montessori Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Tottenham. The ideal candidate will hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in early years childcare. A background in Montessori education is highly desirable.

In this role, you will manage a small group of 9-10 children, acting as their key worker and providing tailored support to meet their individual developmental needs. You will collaborate closely with another staff member to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters both academic and personal growth through the Montessori approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key worker for a group of 9-10 children, ensuring their overall well-being and developmental progress.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities that promote independence, creativity, and social skills.
• Monitor and track each child’s development, maintaining records and communicating progress to parents.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to cultivate a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• At least 3 years of experience in a nursery or pre-school setting.
• Montessori experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• A passion for supporting children’s development and fostering a love of learning.
