We are looking for a highly skilled and creative ARB Qualified Architect to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead architectural projects, coordinating all aspects from initial design through to construction completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Design Excellence: Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet client specifications and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports necessary for planning approvals and construction processes.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and updates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their needs are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery and communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and practices adhere to current building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications: ARB registered architect with a recognised degree in Architecture and relevant professional experience.
- Experience: Proven experience working in an architectural practice, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools is a plus.
- Design Skills: Exceptional design and visualisation skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate concepts effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach challenges creatively and strategically, adapting designs and solutions as needed.
