Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural plans and specifications.
• Utilize Revit for creating and modifying 3D models and technical drawings for retail projects.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an architectural technologist role, preferably with a focus on retail projects.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with other software such as AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
