Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room – 24-27K per annum

Location: Wood Green (Near Tottenham)
Salary Range: £11.00 – £12.50 per hour (Dependent on Childcare Qualification)
Hours: Minimum 36 hours per week (up to 40 hours available, 4 days on, 3 days off)
Term: All year round

Are you dedicated to providing exceptional care for infants and toddlers? Do you hold at least a CACHE Level 2 qualification? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner in our baby room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Childcare Excellence: Demonstrate a genuine passion for childcare, ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of babies are fully met.
• Daily Operations: Assist in the daily management of the baby room, creating a stimulating and secure environment for the children.
• Observation and Reporting: Conduct regular observations and maintain accurate records of each child’s progress, ensuring comprehensive and insightful reports.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive working atmosphere.
• Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s activities, progress, and milestones.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential: Minimum CACHE Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
• Proven experience in a nursery setting, particularly in caring for infants.
• Knowledge of best practices in early years development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
