ROLE OVERVIEW
A forward-thinking architectural practice in Central London is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and proven Revit experience, looking to work on exciting and varied projects in a collaborative studio environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on a variety of domestic projects from concept to completion within a friendly and hands-on setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages using Revit
- Support project teams through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
- Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
- Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Participate in technical meetings and site visits to resolve design or construction issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to project delivery within deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or recognised qualification in Architectural Technology
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a UK-based practice
- Proficiency in Revit is essential (AutoCAD, SketchUp or Enscape experience a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects with attention to detail
SALARY & LOCATION
- Kings Cross, London
- Salary £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
- Onsite – Must have a driving license
